Meet Tennille

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

In 2021, Tennille decided to create Uninspected Claims, to serve as a subsidiary branch to her Risk Management Consulting company, Imperial Finance & Field Adjusters, LLC that has been established since 2010. After working as a Risk Management Consultant for over 12 years, working within top U.S. financial firms, conducting numerous independent insurance compliance inspections, and working directly as a Property & Casualty Claims Appraiser & Desk Reviewer, Uninspected Claims was established in 2021.

Uninspected Claims was originally founded in design to primarily exist as an inspection service company. However, by August 2022, industry research was confirming an immense “Talent War” that exists within the insurance claims and field inspection industries with obtaining experienced claims adjusters. Consequently, Tennille decided to redesign her company Uninspected Claims, into a community learning platform and began utilizing her industry experiences and knowledge to help bridge gaps within the learning curves that exist among developing inexperienced insurance adjusters and compliance inspectors.

Imagine this scenario, a group of auto mechanics that are all new specialists in their field, they have all surrounded a vehicle with a broken engine. They all call Tennille over to look at the vehicle, explaining that everything on the engine seems to be assembled properly and none of the mechanics can figure out what is wrong with the engine.

After about ten seconds, Tennille looks up and shares a solution with the entire group and says “There isn’t any gas in it!” … It’s an incredible moment.

Inexperienced and underexperienced Adjusters should become members because obtaining better skills and resources takes access to knowledge. Uninspected Claims, is going to bring about incredible and insightful learning moments that inexperienced adjusters have not yet developed in simple insights about the insurance inspection industry.

Uninspected Claims is a private-virtual membership community that exists to help mentor new claims adjusters. Our community is dedicated to providing beneficial learning resources that will help new adjusters unearth renewed confidence and demystify claims industry tactics to help them thrive in their new independent business and/or staff claims adjuster roles.

Facts About the Founder
Tennille is an Accountant, Professionally Licensed “All-Lines” Claims Adjuster, and an entrepreneur with a financial risk underwriting background.

She is a US Army Veteran and has lived in 8 US states and 1 Foreign Country, throughout her professional career.

She has worked with 3 major US financial institutions, 1 Corporate Retailer, the NFL, 2 major insurance carriers, and contracted with a host of insurance inspections companies and government risk compliance firms.

She is originally from Mount Vernon, NY and is very introverted but loves spending time with her family.

She loves to laugh, travel, and enjoys constantly learning new things.

She used to teach College Accounting classes and enjoys mentoring others.
